When I first started in community theater, I was as fascinated by the disparate cast of characters who came together to tell stories as I was by the shows themselves. I hope to foster this same atmosphere of inclusivity in my classroom by sharing a variety of diverse, stories, characters, and artists, as well as welcoming students to bring their unique perspectives into the work.

I tried these zoom theatre classes on other tutoring platforms, and I've found a formula that is both engaging for students and effective in this digital setting.

Playground Players (Ages 5-10) will offer three age-appropriate levels for students to explore imaginative improvisation, storytelling through movement, and basic acting skills. 

​

Digital Drama Club (Ages 11+) will be a creative space for students to learn basic acting technique using texts from theatre and film, play improv games, and work through introductory writing exercises.
